  2. All chat transcripts are collected and retained, and our chatbot may ask you to provide personal information to better assist you. We take the privacy and security of chat transcripts and your personal information seriously and will only use your information for the purpose of providing you with the best possible service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  3. Our chatbot may provide links to third-party websites or resources. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any third-party content, products, or services.

  4. We are not responsible for any damages or losses that may arise from your use of the chatbot service. By using our chatbot, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any and all claims, damages, expenses, losses and/or liabilities however arising – and whether incurred by you or a third party – from your use of the chatbot service (including in respect of reliance on any data or information generated by using the Chatbot and any fault or error of the Chatbot).
