Use the website chatbot's nudges feature strategically to guide visitors to specific pages or offers. For instance, consider adding a private booking link to offer exclusive rates that aren't available through OTAs.
The interactive bubbles on your site can link directly to promotional pages providing a clear call to action to book.
It can open an important web widget menu option
It can send a message to the Chatbot to kick start a conversation
How to set or change nudges
1) Navigate to Settings -> Channels -> Connected Channels
2) Click on the existing Web Widget Channel that you want to work on
3) Under Nudged you will see options to add two nudges based on different times on the website. Both nudges appear based on the time trigger.
4) You can add the following information:
Delay to display nudge
Enable or disable nudge for desktop and mobile
Add message in different languages
Add buttons with the intended action
5) If you want to display a different nudge based on a page on your website, you can use URL based nudges
For all other pages the default nudge from point 4 above will display.
