Members are usually existing customers who have registered with you and are recorded in your system. They typically enjoy access to special privileges such as exclusive discounts, early access to new products, personalized offers, and dedicated support. They can also have unique access to a club or amenities.


Who is this handbook for?

This handbook is designed for hotel staff and administrators who are responsible for managing member accounts within the Digital Compendium. Whether you're onboarding new members, updating existing profiles, or assisting with password resets, this guide will walk you through all the tools available to efficiently handle membership data from a single platform.


Managing Members

Easily add and manage members, reset passwords, and upload membership cards all from one centralized location.

Members of your Digital Compendium are typically existing customers who have registered with your property and are recorded in your system. They often enjoy special privileges such as:

  • Exclusive discounts

  • Early access to new offerings

  • Personalized promotions

  • Dedicated support

  • Access to private clubs and amenities

To manage members, navigate to Digital Compendium → Members.


What You’ll Find on the Members Page

On this screen, you’ll have access to:

  • A list of all existing members

  • A search bar to locate specific members

  • An option to create a new member profile


Viewing and Editing Member Details

When you click Open Contact, the selected member’s details will appear. From this screen, you can view and edit the following:

  • Member Name

  • Member Phone Number

  • Member Email

  • Membership ID

  • Profile Picture

  • Picture of the Membership Card

You will also have the option to reset the member’s password. Passwords must be at least 6 characters in length.
