Using Myma.ai's Email Assistant within Outlook

Add the app to your Outlook and pin it so that its always there to help generate 1-click responses

Written by Andy Dharmani

Once the Outlook add-in is installed, users with the correct permissions will be able to see the Myma.ai Email Assistant app inside Outlook.

Pin your Add-on

To make sure the app is always easy to access, we recommend pinning it so it appears on the right-hand panel every time you open Outlook.

Why Pinning is Helpful:

  • Faster Access: You won’t need to search for the add-in each time you want to use it.

  • Seamless Workflow: The AI Assistant will always be available while you read, write, and reply to emails.

  • Consistency Across Sessions: Even after closing and reopening Outlook, the pinned app will stay in place.

Now that your AI Email Assistant is always visible in Outlook, you can enjoy stress-free communication at your fingertips. Faster replies, clearer messages, and more time back in your day. Myma.ai makes it simple!
