Introduction
Easily manage and automate conversations from your Instagram Messages by integrating with the Myma Chatbot. This integration allows you to centralize guest communication, automate responses, and manage all messages directly from the Myma Dashboard.
Note: You need a professional Instagram account to connect Instagram to Myma AI Chatbot.
How to Connect Instagram
Follow these simple steps to link your Instagram professional account with Myma Chatbot:
Log in to the Myma.ai Dashboard at https://app.myma.ai
Navigate to Settings → Channels → Available Channels.
Find Instagram, and click Connect.
Give integration a user friendly name and choose the property you want to connect.
You will be redirected to the Instagram page. Review permissions and click Allow
6. You will be redirected back to the Myma Dashboard.
Multi-Property Setup
If you're managing multiple properties, you’ll need to repeat the above steps for each Instagram account. Be sure to connect each page to the correct property in the Myma Dashboard. Each Instagram account will appear as its own channel under Connected Channels.
All done!
You will now receive messages from your customers right in the Myma Dashboard, keeping all your communications in one place. All messages will be automatically responded to by the AI Chatbot. You can always take control of the conversation, and respond with your own messages.
