Myma’s chatbot is designed to seamlessly handle guest inquiries, delivering quick, accurate, and conversational responses across channels. The Web Widget, featuring the Suggestions theme, is built to mirror common customer GPT tools, creating a familiar and intuitive experience that encourages guests to ask questions naturally and engage more easily with the assistant.
This solution is fully scalable across multi-property groups, supporting both brand consistency and operational flexibility.
The appearance theme includes customizable suggestion bubbles that can be tailored at the property level, allowing each location to highlight its unique offerings while maintaining a cohesive brand experience across the group. It also offers enhanced visual flexibility, including the ability to personalize the widget’s background image to better align with each property’s branding and digital presence.

Background Image Customization
The widget supports customizable background images, allowing each property to align the chatbot’s appearance with its brand identity. Hotels can incorporate imagery that reflects their aesthetic, whether that be luxury, resort, or boutique, creating a more immersive and cohesive digital experience for guests.
Group-Level Scalability and Consistency
As part of this theme, suggestion bubbles can be tailored across different properties within a group. This allows each property to highlight its most relevant guest queries, such as dining, spa, or activities, while maintaining a consistent structure across the broader brand experience.
How to Enable the Suggestion Bubbles Them
To change your appearance style, navigate to Settings and select the Website Widget. If you are configuring this for a group website, simply choose the appropriate group website configuration.
Next, select on the Appearance Tab. Under Widget Theme select the dropdown and then select Web widget with Selected Questions.
Navigate to Settings.
Select Connected Channels.
Open the Website Widget tile.
Navigate to the Appearance tab.
From the appearance dropdown menu, select Web Widget with Suggested Questions.
Once selected, the Suggestion Buttons theme will become active for the website widget.
Next, select the Suggestions tab under Widget Components. Here, you can add and configure suggestion bubbles by entering the display text and corresponding chatbot input for each of the four suggestions.
If you are working at the group level, you can customize suggestion bubbles for each property to better align with their specific offerings.
To customize suggestions for a specific property, select it from the Select Properties for Suggestions dropdown. From there, you can add and configure buttons for each suggestion box.
Under the Suggestions tab, administrators can further customize the guest experience.
A custom background image can be uploaded to replace the standard gray background area. This provides additional branding opportunities and creates a more visually engaging experience that aligns with the property's website design and visual identity.
Configuring Suggestion Bubbles
Within the Suggestions section, administrators can:
Select a specific property
Configure the text displayed on each suggestion bubble
Add supporting subtext
Define the action that occurs when a guest selects a bubble
Each property can have up to four customized suggestion bubbles.
Available Bubble Actions
The following actions can be assigned to each suggestion bubble:
Send to Chatbot
Directs the guest into the chatbot and automatically submits a predefined message. This is the most common option and is ideal for guiding guests toward specific topics or journeys.
Open a Web Widget Menu
Opens a predefined web widget menu, allowing guests to select from a structured set of options.
Open URL
Redirects the guest to a specified webpage, booking engine, external resource, or promotional landing page.
Trigger a Static Conversation Flow (Less Commonly Used)
Launches a predefined static conversation flow designed for specific guest interactions.
Show Property List (Less Commonly Used)
Displays a list of available properties, allowing guests to choose which property they would like assistance with.
Group and Multi-Property Optimization
The Suggestion Bubbles theme has been designed with hotel groups and multi-property deployments in mind. Each property can have its own unique set of suggestion bubbles, allowing individual hotels to highlight specific services, amenities, offers, and guest journeys while maintaining a consistent brand experience across the portfolio.
This flexibility allows each property to guide guests toward the most relevant information and actions based on their unique operational needs.
