Getting Started

To begin configuring your Digital Compendium, navigate to:

Digital Compendium → Content Manager

Here you can manage:

  • Content Items

  • Categories

  • Menu

  • Events Calendar

Customize Your Compendium

To customize your compendium, navigate to: Settings → Applications → Installed Apps → Your Compendium.

From here you can customize:

  • Branding

  • Colors

  • Fonts

  • Layout

  • Navigation

  • QR Code

  • SEO Settings

  • Preview your Compendium before publishing

Every property can fully customize the appearance to match its own brand.

Guest Lifecycle Content

The Digital Compendium supports different content depending on where guests are in their journey.

Navigate to: Settings → Applications → Installed Apps →Your Compendium → Publish

Content can be displayed during:

  • Pre Booking

  • Pre Check-in

  • At Property

  • After Check-out

For example:

A pre-arrival version may contain arrival instructions and upsell opportunities, while the in-house version displays room service, amenities, and housekeeping requests.

Multiple URLs can be generated for different guest journeys.

Personalize URLs & SEO

Within the Publish screen you can configure:

  • Page title

  • Meta description

  • Favicon

  • Custom short URL

  • Tracking parameters

  • Guest stage

  • Source (Room, Lobby, Email, etc.)

  • Membership-specific content

These settings help improve discoverability while allowing you to measure guest engagement.

Multi-Language Support

Navigate to: Settings → Applications → Installed Apps →Your Compendium → Language.

Guests can choose from multiple languages when viewing the Compendium.

Content should be created separately for each language, as automatic translation is not currently supported.

Google Maps

Navigate to: Settings → Applications → Installed Apps →Your Compendium → Location.

Embed Google Maps using an iframe or display written directions to help guests easily find your property or nearby attractions.

AI Chatbot Integration

Navigate to: Settings → Applications → Installed Apps →Your Compendium → Chatbot / Contact.

From here you can:

  • Connect your Myma.ai chatbot

  • Display it in the menu or center of the page

  • Customize the title

  • Customize the subtitle

The AI assistant can answer guest questions, assist with requests, and provide instant support around the clock.
