With Revinate integration, all the contact information collected by the Digital Assistant can be sent through to Revinate in real-time.
Login to Revinate, and go to the following screen. Create a new contact list named “Myma.ai”.
Copy the code and email to [email protected] for verification. The Myma.ai team can create the integration for you.
To set up the integration yourselves, Navigate to Connect -> Application tab -> Connect to Revinate
Follow the following 4 steps to connect Revinate:
Give a user friendly name to the integration
Select the properties you want to connect to Revinate
Copy the Token value from Revinate and paste in the integration screen
Select if you want to sync all contacts collected by Myma.ai or just the ones where marketing consent is yes.
