The following steps will guide you on how to create a new GTM tag inside your existing GTM web container and add Myma.ai Chatbot installation code:

First, log in to your Myma.ai dashboard. Then, follow the steps below:

1. Go to Channels > Your Connected Channels, and click on the Web Widget for Website that you want to install.

2. Go to Publish your digital assistant, and copy the code.

3. Sign in to your Google Tag Manager page.

4. if you are already using GTM, you will have a web container that holds all your tags, such as Google Analytics tag, and Adwords tag. This web container should be already installed on your website. Go to the container.

5. Select Add a new tag to create a tag in your container.

6. Select Tag Configuration and choose Custom HTML.

7. Paste the code from Step 2 into the HTML tab.

8. Proceed to Triggering and select All Pages.

9. Save the configuration. GTM will ask you to name your tag. Enter the name and save it.

10. Make sure to Submit the GTM changes.
