Avatar
You can upload your own avatar or choose from several options already curated by the Myma.ai team. Avatar is important to reflect your brand personality. From the name to the hair to the colors of the clothes, the avatar can be whatever you need it to be to reflect your brand.
We have included some examples of avatars from around the world but know that whatever your marketing requirement, Myma.ai Chatbot can be whatever you need them to be.
The Avatar should be uploaded to Web Widget and the Website AI Chatbot both.
Avatar can be updated from Settings -> Channels -> Connected Channels. Look for the Web Widget and change the Avatar image under the Appearance tab.
