Accessing Widget Settings
Navigate to Settings → Channels → Connected Channels in your Myma.ai Dashboard. Locate the Web Widget integration to begin making adjustments.
Web Widget is the overall widget that integrates into your website, and the AI Chatbot opens inside the Web Widget.
Customization Options
Web Widget offers the following customizations

The chatbot will always be initially set up with the Web Widget using the Suggested Questions theme.
However, you have a few choices for selecting what suits your brand and use case. These include:

To explore different themes:
Go to Settings.
Under Connected Channels, click the Website Widget tile.
Select the Appearance tab.
Use the dropdown menu to choose a theme, then click Save.
Scroll down and select Preview to see how it looks.
Rounded vs Square Widget Layout
In the Appearance settings, you can also update the assistant’s name, title, and subtitle to reflect your brand’s voice and create a consistent guest experience.
If you are working with the Web Widget Menus theme, you’ll need to navigate outside of Settings to access the Web Widget Menu configurations.
Go to the Knowledge Hub and select Web Widget Menus.
From here, you can rearrange and customize the category titles to align with your brand.
To edit, click the blue Edit button for the specific menu.
You can then rename categories or add icons to make the menus more personalized and brand-consistent.
For example, if you’d like to change the title of a category, select Edit Category, create a new category, and then choose it from the dropdown at the top.
Avatar
The Avatar should be uploaded to Web Widget and the Website AI Chatbot both. A well-designed avatar can bring your digital assistant to life. Avatars can reflect your brand’s personality, culture, or even specific hotel characters. Remember to update the avatar image under both the Web Widget and AI Chatbot configurations.

The Avatar file can be a JPG or PNG, ideally between 80x80 pixels to 200x200 pixels.
