How to Update Ticket and Form Notifications

Learn how to subscribe to ticket and form notification so you don't miss out on guests' enquiries.

Before proceeding, please note that this section is only applicable to users with admin rights.

The article explains steps for two types of email notifications you can subscribe to:

  1. Ticket Notification: Tickets are pre-build standard forms that appear inside the Chatbot for various enquiry types e.g. leave a message.

  2. Forms Notification: For any custom forms that you build using the Form Builder feature of, you can subscribe to be notified via email any time a form is submitted.

Ticket Notification

Step 1: Select Users & Roles from the side menu.

Step 2: Select Subscribe to Tickets & Emails at the top of the page.

Step 3: Select + Add Contact at the end of the form.

Step 4: Select your desired ticket categories and enter the necessary information.

Tip: You can add multiple emails to the same categories and have them bcc'd.

That's it! You have successfully subscribed to ticket notifications.

Form Notification

Step 1: Select Virtual Front Desk from the side menu then select Form Builder.

Step 2: From the form that you would like to receive notifications for, select + Add Notifications.

Step 3: Fill in the necessary information and that's it.

Tip: Similar to ticket notifications, you can also add multiple email addresses to one form and have them bcc'd with the main email address.
