Customizing PDF Attachment
You can choose the layout of the PDF attachment that goes as a part of the voucher purchase confirmation. There are two options to choose from:
Summarized single page PDF
Detailed multi page PDF
This document explains how the Summarized single page PDF layout works:
Setup
Step 1: Go to Connect -> Integration, and under Email & Attachment, choose the Single Page PDF option in number 3 item below.
Step 2: You can define the following information for each property separately. In top right of the dashboard, click on the Setting cog, and Business Profile

Phone
Email
Website
General Terms
Redeem Instructions
Step 3: At this stage, most likely you already have vouchers set up, and the following highlighted information is also printed in the voucher PDF.
PDF Layout
The voucher PDF extracts information from the above mentioned designated sections (as numbered below in screenshots):
Title, Introduction, and Validity period information (corresponding to fields 2, 3, and 7) are retrieved from the Voucher Setup.
Logo, Phone, Email, Website, General Terms, and Redeem Instructions (1, 2, 3, 6, 8, and 9) are common across all vouchers and show from the PDF Attachment setup in the Connect screen.
QR code (4) and Voucher number (5) and specific to the voucher.
Note
Scanning QR code will enable staff to directly login to a screen to mark the voucher as redeemed.

Customizing Email
In the email, you can customize two things:
By selecting item 1, the from name in the voucher email will appear as your business name, rather then aiva
By selecting item 2, the footer will change to the business name and address from your Business Profile.
