Checking Gift Card Balance & Voucher Status

The staff has three ways to check the current status and balance.

  1. From the aiva dashboard Orders screen.

  2. By scanning the QR code on the printed Voucher. This opens a link with code prepopulated. Example: https://vouchers.getaiva.com/redeem?code=aivaV1YUTSRGC

  3. Both staff and customers can check the balance by entering the gift card or voucher number in the Online Voucher Store. Note: The Gift Card balance display option needs to be enabled for the button to appear.
