The AI Chatbot will send all booking inquiries to the Sabre SynXis Booking Engine.

Go to Connect -> Applications -> Booking Engine

Enter the booking URL like below. Ensure you replace the https://reservations.myhotel.com/ below with your booking URL

https://reservations.myhotel.com/?adult={ADULTS}&arrive={CHECK_IN}&chain=25042&child={CHILDREN}&currency=USD&depart={CHECK_OUT}&hotel=23793&level=hotel&locale=en-US&rooms=1&SRC=Chatbot

Passing a value with the SRC parameter tracks the secondary source code or sub source code for a reservation

Display Chatbot in the SynXis screens

To display Chatbot in the SynXis screens, you will log into your hotel SynXis BE Designer and add the script.

You might have to update the Allow Domains in the BE Designer and add *.myma.ai as the allowed domain.
