The AI Chatbot will send all booking inquiries to the Sabre SynXis Booking Engine.

Go to Settings -> Applications -> Available Apps -> Booking Engine

Enter the booking URL like below. Ensure you replace the https://reservations.myhotel.com/ below with your booking URL

You can create a promo code specifically for the AI Chabot, which will allow you to offer special rates through the Chatbot.

Then you can add promo=Chatbot to the Booking Engine link to display the special rates inside the Synxis booking engine.

To display Chatbot in the SynXis screens, you will log into your hotel SynXis BE Designer and add the script.

You might have to update the Allow Domains in the BE Designer and add *.myma.ai as the allowed domain.
