This handbook is designed for hotel staff, property managers, digital marketing teams, and anyone responsible for managing the Digital Compendium at your property. If you are customizing guest content, configuring language options, embedding maps, or integrating the Myma.ai chatbot, this guide will help you understand and activate the key features of the platform to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Guest Lifecycle Applicability
To manage lifecycle-specific content, go to Connect → Applications → Your Compendium → Publish your Digital Compendium.
This feature allows you to create different versions of the Digital Compendium tailored to each stage of the guest journey. For example, the version shared via email with a guest before check-in can include different content than the one accessed via QR code at the property.
You can customize which content items appear in each version:
• Select both Pre Check-in and At Property if an item should appear in both versions
• Select only At Property for content intended to display exclusively at the property
You can generate multiple URLs, each showing a tailored view of the Compendium based on these selections. Below is a screenshot from the Connect screen.
Example 1: If you only want to display At Property items, select that option. The link generated through the integration will exclusively show At Property items.
Example 2: To display all items, create a new Digital Compendium from the Connect screen and select all available options. The link generated through the integration will only display all items.

Personalized URL and SEO Settings
Go to Connect → Applications → Your Compendium → Publish your Digital Compendium to configure:
In this screen you can do the following:
Add SEO settings i.e.
Favicon
Page Title
Meta description
Setup your unique short URL
Add params to the URL for better tracking
Source e.g. Lobby, Room, Restaurant
One or more Stage params i.e. Pre Booking, Pre Check-in, At Property, and After Check-out. This will help filter the Compendium items applicable to the stage
Membership name, if you want to show the additional Compendium items you created for a specific membership group.

Multilingual Support
To enable language selection, go to Connect → Applications → Your Compendium → Language.
You can allow guests to choose from multiple languages when viewing your Compendium. Note that all content must be manually created in each language, as automatic translation is not available.
You can directly select the languages for the Digital Compendium. When enabled customer will presented with an option to choose a language.
Embed Google Map
To embed a map, go to Connect → Applications → Your Compendium → Location.
Paste an iframe embed code from Google Maps into this section to display your location or nearby points of interest. You can also include a written address and directions for additional clarity.

You can embed a Google Map to show your location or your neighborhood. Alternatively, you can add text with address, directions, etc.
Integrate Myma.ai Chatbot
Go to Connect → Applications → Your Compendium → Chatbot/Contact to:
• Select and activate your AI Chatbot
• Choose whether to display it in the main menu or centered on the screen
• Customize the title (for example, “Start a chat”) and subtitle (for example, “Instant response”)
