Guest Lifecycle Applicability
Goto Connect -> Applications -> Your Compendium -> Publish your Digital Compendium
That feature is useful if you want to create different versions of the Digital Compendium with slight differences between each, e.g. the link you share with the booked guests (Pre Check-in) via email will have slightly different Compendium items to the one that will open by scanning the QR code (At Property).
For the items you want to show to both Pre Check-in and At Property, you can tick both, in case you want to show a certain item to At Property only (i.e. by scanning the QR code) just tick At Property for that item.
Under Publish your Digital Compendium, you can create multiple URL's of the Digital Compendium and select which items you want to show in each. Below is a screenshot from the Connect screen.
Example 1: If you want to show only At Property items, then tick that option only. The link generated through the integration will only show At Property items.
Example 2: If you want to show only all items, then create another Digital Compendium from the Connect screen and tick all options. The link generated through the integration will only show all items.

Personalized URL and SEO Settings
Goto Connect -> Applications -> Your Compendium -> Publish your Digital Compendium
In this screen you can do the following:
Add SEO settings i.e.
Favicon
Page Title
Meta description
Setup your unique short URL
Add params to the URL for better tracking
Source e.g. Lobby, Room, Restaurant
One or more Stage params i.e. Pre Booking, Pre Check-in, At Property, and After Check-out. This will help filter the Compendium items applicable to the stage
Membership name, if you want to show the additional Compendium items you created for a specific membership group.

Languages
Goto Connect -> Applications -> Your Compendium -> Language
You can select the languages for the Digital Compendium. When enabled customer will presented with an option to choose a language.
Note: The content needs to be created in the languages you choose, as the content is not auto-translated.
Embed Google Map
Goto Connect -> Applications -> Your Compendium -> Location
Google Maps will allow you to copy the iframe code that you will add to this section. Example:

You can embed a Google Map to show your location or your neighborhood. Alternatively, you can add text with address, directions, etc.
Integrate Myma.ai Chatbot
Goto Connect -> Applications -> Your Compendium -> Chatbot/Contact
Select the Chatbot to add
Display as a menu item or highlight in the center of the screen
Title (e.g. Start a chat)
Subtitle (e.g. Instant Response)
