Here are the four steps to start a human chat:

1) Flashing green light suggests that your digital assistant is having a conversation right now

2) Go and click on “Take Control” to start chatting with the prospect guest

3) A Message box will appear, where you can start the chat

4) When a human agent chat is active, the icon will start blinking. You can click on this icon to go straight to the agent chat screen
