What is Myma.ai Office add-in?
Microsoft supports third-party add-ins for Outlook that enhance your email experience. Myma.ai has developed an AI-powered Outlook add-in that drafts and replies to emails, helping you respond faster and more effectively.
The Myma.ai Outlook add-in is supported on both Windows desktop Outlook and Outlook Online.

Installation Process
If you do not have administrator privileges, you can sideload the Myma.ai add-in using the manifest file provided. Here’s how:
If you do have Admin Access, see Adding Myma.ai Email Assistant through Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
Step 1: Download the Manifest File
Log into your Myma Dashboard.
Navigate to Settings > Connected Channels.
Select the Email tile (mail icon in the top left corner).
Scroll down to Microsoft Outlook Add-on.
Download the manifest file for your operating system (Windows or Mac).
(Optional) Specify which email addresses you want the add-in enabled for.
Step 2: Install the Add-in in Outlook
Open Outlook.
Go to File > Manage Add-ins.
In the Add-ins dialog box, select My add-ins.
Scroll to the Custom Add-ins section.
Click Add a custom add-in > Add from File.
Locate and select the downloaded manifest file.
Accept all prompts to complete the installation.
Step 3: Enable the Add-in
Return to File > Manage Add-ins.
Under My add-ins, ensure the checkbox next to the Myma.ai add-in is selected.
⚠️ Note: In classic Outlook for Windows, it may take up to 24 hours for a sideloaded add-in to appear due to caching.
