Choose who will get notified of different events. You can notify one or multiple email addresses for a single notification type. Type of notifications:
✅ Tickets: When a customer leaves a message while chatting with the Digital Assistant.
✅ Missed Responses: When customers ask a particular question but the response is not available in the Knowledge Hub.
✅ Reservations: When customers complete a booking using the Digital Assistant. This is only relevant if you have enabled Myma.ai booking feature.
✅ Analytics: Options to get daily, weekly, and monthly stats about your Digital Assistant's performance.
✅ Group Bookings: When customers submit a group booking inquiry.
✅ Conference Enquiries: When customers submit a Conference, celebrations, or wedding inquiry.
